its connected to the windows app store, but i block it in norton firewall because i dont use app store ....

i was filing taxes and it popped up. i stopped, turned computer off and had an accountant file an extension for me. has cost me money and nothing would please me more than to put a boot up the *** of the party responsible for this!!!!!! honestly, thinking of having an attorney look at this to recover costs plus stress from having to file a late tax return!!! even if no taxes are owed the accountant charged me $50 to file the extension and ive had to listen to my wife complain about me procrastinating. that alone is worth an unimaginable sum. shes standing in the doorway of prior to retiring my old office room complaining as i type this. ....

it appeared after the windows 10 anniversary update was installed. mcafee now frequently gives me alerts that this unknown program is trying to access the internet. i am suspicious of any microsoft program with the word intelligent in its name. ....
